All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AG Provider and is protected by copyright laws. For client projects, intellectual property rights are transferred upon full payment as per the agreed contract terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally, we require an initial deposit before project commencement, with milestone-based payments throughout the project lifecycle. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

AG Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. All client information shared with us is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, you are responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad.
